Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Securely pack the unwashed and uncut fabric in its original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely for processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
